BRAND LEGAL GUIDELINES
DISCMOON, the logo and all other trademarks belonging to DISCMOON and its affiliates (the “DISCMOON Marks”), as well as other brand materials such as logos, trade dress, aesthetics and unique brand characteristics (the “Brand Assets”), are the exclusive properties of DISCMOON. You must obtain permission from DISCMOON before using one of DISCMOON’s Marks or Brand Assets, except as permitted herein.

- Always follow these Brand Guidelines when using the DISCMOON Marks and Brand Assets.
- Use the DISCMOON Marks to let people know that you are a DISCMOON user and/or that you have a server on the platform, but such use must comply with these Brand Guidelines and must not suggest that you represent DISCMOON, receive financial support from, or act on behalf of, DISCMOON.
- Using the DISCMOON Marks correctly to guide users: Discord is a term you may use to describe your server or username on the DISCMOON platform.
- Use the DISCMOON Marks and Brand Assets only on digital assets (i.e., in a digital-only manner).
It cannot
- Incorporate the DISCMOON Marks, or a mark that could be confused with them, in the name of a DISCMOON server, your brand, company or organization name, URL or domain name, event, product name (including bots developed for the DISCMOON platform), logo, social media account or trademark.
- Adopt trademarks, visual identity, logos, domain names or other features that could be confused with the DISCMOON Marks or Brand Assets.
- Market products, services or brands that use a trademark, trade dress, logo or other features that could be confused with the Discord Marks or Brand Assets.
- Copy or imitate the appearance of DISCMOON’s website, desktop application or mobile application, or DISCMOON’s marketing, including, without limitation, characters, color combinations, graphics, sounds, images, presence icons, fonts or stylization used by DISCMOON (or similar things).
- Use the DISCMOON Marks and Brand Assets in a manner that is inconsistent with the DISCMOON Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Use DISCMOON Marks or Brand Assets on merchandise.
